We will book a call to discuss your fitness goals and your previous dieting experience to set you up for success.

I will create your own personal tracking system where you can record your weight, steps, calorie intake, and also set your targets based on current levels. You will also get access to my private app, phone, or email if you need anything.

Each week I’ll be checking in with you to let you know how your progress is coming along and if we need to adjust anything. We will also be taking progress photos and measurements and make you another success story.

When creating your training program and meal plan I will take into account a multitude of individual variables that are unique to you. This means you aren’t following cookie cutter advice but specific protocols designed for you, making your progress much faster and effective.

Each week I will be following up with you to help track and record you progress and making sure that we stay on track to hitting your goals. Along with weekly check-ins, you have access to my personal email, phone, and app to contact me on if you need anything.
