Based in Canada, I am a personal trainer that specializes in fast-tracking body transformation.
I help people shed fat, increase strength, feel awesome and build their self confidence.
I achieve this by creating bespoke results-focused Online Personal Training and Nutrition Plans, based on an individual’s lifestyle and fitness goals while providing weekly personalized coaching/feedback videos.
I believe in hard work, dedication, and patience to achieve the optimal physical aesthetic and functional performance.

Your fitness transformation with us starts with a screening and a fitness assessment. At first, we’ll ask you several questions about your lifestyle, diet, occupation and medical history to know the current level of your fitness.
As a next step, we will look into your fitness goals and design the program around them as well as taking your capabilities into account.Afterwards, we thoroughly analyze your current physique, looking for muscular imbalances as well as potential injuries. This will help us in identifying, setting and achieving your fitness milestones in the smallest span of time.
If you are an online personal training client, we hand you a questionnaire and formulate your personal training depending on your answers. From there on we can draw up a training outline for you along with a nutritional plan.

Dennis is the real deal. There’s no fluff with his workouts. I started with Dennis in September. The first 8 weeks were ridiculously hard. Everything in my body hurt. I had multiple moments when I wanted to give up but he kept pushing me. Thank God he did. I went from XL shirt to medium, my body became defined and not to mention I get lots of compliments on my gains.
